On April 28, 2026, OPAL Fuels Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, before market open on Monday, May 11, 2026. A conference call will take place on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – (April 28, 2026) – OPAL Fuels (Nasdaq: OPAL) today announced that it will release its earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, before market open on Monday, May 11, 2026. A conference call will take place on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
