Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
On April 22, 2026, Brixmor Property Group Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, stockholders voted on the matters disclosed in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 11, 2026 (the “Proxy Statement”).
