Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 28, 2026, the Board of Directors of HBT Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share on the Company’s common stock (the “Dividend”). The Dividend is payable on May 19, 2026 to shareholders of record as of May 12, 2026.
