On September 21, 2026, Owen James, who serves as President of PRA Group Europe for PRA Group, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intent to retire from his role effective December 31, 2026, and serve in an advisory role with the Company until March 31, 2027, to support an effective transition.
