IRVINE, Calif.--( BUSINESS WIRE)--Emily Ryan has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, Ryan will leverage her extensive experience in large group benefits to service a diverse, national portfolio of clients.

She also has experience managing complex renewals and integrated absence management strategies. A former business owner, Ryan operates with an entrepreneurial approach and keen perspective on operational scalability, talent management, and sustainable profitability.
Prior to joining Alliant, Ryan served as an enterprise account executive with a major technology company. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston College, where she double majored in communications and health science. Ryan is licensed in Life, Accident and Health as well as Property and Casualty.
