San Francisco, California--(Newsfile Corp. - May 6, 2026) - Exascale Labs Inc. ("Exascale"), a next generation AI infrastructure provider operating an asset-light, software-defined GPU compute platform, today announced that Chief Executive Officer Hoansoo Lee will host one-on-one meetings at the D. Boral Capital Global Conference on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.
Exascale focuses on solving critical power, cooling, deployment, and operational bottlenecks shaping the next wave of AI infrastructure.
"AI demand is accelerating, but infrastructure remains the gating factor," said Hoansoo Lee, CEO of Exascale. "We look forward to meeting with investors at the D. Boral Capital Global Conference to discuss how Exascale is helping bring AI capacity online faster and operate it more efficiently."
To request a one-on-one meeting with management at The Plaza Hotel in New York City, interested parties should contact the DBC Conference Team at dbcconferenceteam@dboralcapital.com.
Exascale entered a business combination agreement with D. Boral ARC Acquisition I Corp. ("BCAR") earlier this year, positioning Exascale to be only one of two publicly-traded pure-play AI infrastructure deployment companies. BCAR recently filed Exascale's investor presentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the transaction. Exascale expects the transaction to close in the second half of 2026, and upon closing, the combined company will operate as Exascale Labs Holdings Inc. and be led by experienced entrepreneur and former investment professional Hoansoo Lee as CEO. The combined company expects to list on Nasdaq under the ticker XLAB.
