On June 30, 2026, Upexi, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing a strategic partnership with Blueprint, the institutional staking and digital-asset infrastructure affiliate of Hivemind Capital Partners, to stake a portion of the Company's Solana holdings. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Upexi Partners with Blueprint to Stake Solana Treasury Assets
