NEW YORK, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Global Net Lease, Inc. (NYSE: GNL) in its acquisition of Modiv Industrial, Inc., helping the company add a $535 million portfolio of industrial net-lease properties across the United States.
