July 20, 2026, Wellgistics Health, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Amended and Restated Certificate

of Incorporation (the “Charter Amendment”) with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware to change the name of the

Company to “DataMeds AI, Inc.” (the “Name Change”), effective July 22, 2026.

Pursuant

to Section 242 of the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware, no stockholder approval was required for the Charter Amendment

because it only related to a name change. A copy of the Charter Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 and is incorporated herein

by reference.

connection with the Name Change, the Company’s trading symbol for its common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market

on July 22, 2026 as “MEDS” (the “Symbol Change”).
