On October 29, 2026, Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report, announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company approved a share repurchase program on October 29, 2026, under which the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and each of them, are authorized to direct the purchase of up to $200,000,000 of the Company’s common stock during the period ending December 31, 2027. The purchases may be made in the open market, in block trades, or in privately negotiated transactions. Subject to the requirements of applicable federal securities laws, the timing and volume of purchases will be in the discretion of the Company’s management.

(the “Company”) (NYSE: GBCI) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a new stock repurchase program authorizing the Company to repurchase up to $200 million of its outstanding common stock through December 31, 2027. Repurchases of shares under the program may be made in the open market, in block trades, or in privately negotiated transactions, subject to requirements of applicable federal securities laws. The timing, frequency, and quantity of share repurchases will be at the discretion of the Company’s senior management.
