On

April 8, 2026, Madan Menon notified the board of directors of Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp.  (the “Company”)

of his resignation from his position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective April 8, 2026. Mr. Menon’s resignation

was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
