On April 21, 2026, ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (“ARMOUR”) issued a press release announcing that it will provide an online, real-time webcast of its conference call with equity analysts covering ARMOUR's operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, on Thursday, April 23, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. (ET).
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

WEBCAST SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 23, 2026
VERO BEACH, Florida – April 21, 2026 – ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (NYSE: ARR and ARR-PRC) (“ARMOUR” or the “Company”) announced today that it will provide an online, real‑time webcast of its conference call with equity analysts covering first quarter 2026 operating results on Thursday, April 23, 2026. The Company will issue its first quarter 2026 earnings release after the close of trading on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
The live broadcast will be available on April 23, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at https://event.choruscall.com/mediaframe/webcast.html?webcastid=CdUUe5Qw.
The online replay will be available on the Company’s website www.armourreit.com and continue for one year.
