This Bird's a Big Dill: Reynolds® Celebrates 10-Years of Trending Turkey with Dill Pickle Turkey Recipe
The annual Reynolds ® Trending Turkey celebrates its 10th year with a briny take on Thanksgiving inspired by 2026's pickle craze
LAKE FOREST, Ill., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Pickle-flavored everything is a pretty big dill in 2026, with pickle-flavored products and snacks taking over grocery stores and social feeds — and now Thanksgiving is joining the fun. Reynolds ® is celebrating the 10th year of its Trending Turkey campaign with the Reynolds ® Big Dill Turkey, a pickle-inspired Thanksgiving centerpiece that brings one of the year's biggest flavor trends to the holiday table.
The Big Dill Turkey is brined in pickle juice overnight to keep the turkey tender, juicy and deliciously tangy. A homemade dill pickle butter rub, pickle-infused gravy, and fresh dill bring even more pickle flavor to the finished Thanksgiving masterpiece.
Fittingly for Reynolds ®, aluminum is the traditional 10th anniversary gift, making this year's Big Dill Turkey an even bigger and brinier celebration. Reynolds Wrap ® Heavy Duty Foil and Reynolds Kitchens ® Turkey Oven Bags help home cooks create flavorful holiday meals with confidence, delivering trusted cooking performance, easier prep, and simpler cleanup so they can spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying the holiday (and every bite of the Big Dill Turkey!).
A Decade of Reynolds ® Trending Turkey Thanksgiving Creations
For 10 years, Reynolds ® Trending Turkey has turned buzz-worthy food and pop culture trends into unexpected Thanksgiving creations. From the Cheetos ® FLAMIN' HOT ® Turkey that started it all in 2017 to the Espresso Turkey-tini and last year's Dubai Chocolate Turkey, Reynolds ® has made a tradition of bringing the flavors everyone is talking about to the holiday table.
"Trending Turkey has always been about giving home cooks a fresh, original way to have fun with Thanksgiving," said Nancy Gannon, Marketing Director, Reynolds Wrap ® & Bakeware. "Ten years later, we're still finding new ways to surprise people, and have a little fun along the way, while staying true to what Reynolds Wrap does best: helping make holiday cooking easier so there's more time to enjoy the moments that matter."
