Corteva Announces Effectiveness of Vylor’s Form 10 Registration Statement
INDIANAPOLIS – September 24, 2026 – Corteva (NYSE: CTVA) today announced that the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission has declared effective Vylor’s Registration Statement on Form 10. The Form 10 includes information regarding the business, strategy and priorities for Vylor, as well as details about the separation of Vylor into an
independent, publicly traded company, which is expected to be completed on October 1, 2026. The Form 10 can be found on Corteva’s website at: SEC Filing | Corteva Agriscience.
As previously announced, upon the completion of the separation, each Corteva stockholder of record as of the close of business on September 24, 2026 will

stock has been authorized for listing on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) and is expected to begin “regular-way” trading on the NYSE under the symbol “VYLR” on
