Middlesex Water Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

ISELIN, N.J., July 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Middlesex Water Company (NASDAQ: MSEX) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 per share on its common stock, payable September 1, 2026 to shareholders of record as of August 17, 2026. Middlesex has paid cash dividends in varying amounts each year since 1912.
