Microelectronics US Announces Steering Committee Ahead of Inaugural 2027 Austin Event Leaders from NVIDIA, AWS, Siemens, GlobalFoundries, Synopsys, Honeywell, Cisco, Ericsson and more will help shape the May 4–5, 2027 event

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Microelectronics US today announced its Steering Committee, bringing together senior leaders from across the electronics ecosystem to help shape the inaugural conference, taking place May 4–5, 2027, in Austin, Texas.

Designed to tell one connected story from silicon to intelligent systems, Microelectronics US will bring together semiconductors, advanced packaging, photonics, embedded systems, AI infrastructure and data centers — sectors traditionally served by separate industry events.

The committee will help shape the agenda, identify emerging trends, recommend speakers, support partnerships and guide the attendee experience. Members include:

"This committee reflects the full ecosystem it takes to deliver intelligent systems, from R&D through to the scaling of real-world deployment," said Michael Adeniya, Group Event Director, Microelectronics Global. "We've brought together experts who span that journey, so the show is shaped by the people building the future of the industry."

Hosted in Austin's "Silicon Hills," Microelectronics US will feature two days of programming across four stages, including live demonstrations, workshops and the Talent Foundry, a workforce initiative connecting students and early-career engineers with industry experts.

The event will host 2,500+ attendees and 100+ exhibiting partners, with strategic partners including RISC-V International, the Edge AI Foundation and the Austin startup community.
