June 10, 2026, Tecnoglass, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the timing for the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15

per share for the second quarter of 2026. The dividend will be paid by the Company on July 31, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the

close of business on June 30, 2026.

Announces Second Quarter 2026 Dividend

Miami,

FL – June 10, 2026 - Tecnoglass, Inc. (NYSE: TGLS) (“Tecnoglass” or the “Company”), a leading producer

of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced

that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.60 per share on an annualized basis, for the

second quarter of 2026. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2026 will be paid a dividend of $0.15 on July

31, 2026.
