On

April 6, 2026, Gaurav Aggarwal, a director of Unicycive Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from the Board of Directors

of the Company. Dr. Aggarwal’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company or its management or Board on

any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. The Company expressed its gratitude to Dr. Aggarwal for

serving on the Unicycive Board of Directors.
