Revenues and Adjusted EBITDA Will Exceed High End of Guidance

DAYTON, Minn. – October 22, 2026 – Forgent Power Solutions Inc. (“Forgent” or the “Company”) (NYSE: FPS), a leading

designer and manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment, will report financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended September 30, 2026, before the market opens on November 12, 2026. Management will host a conference call at

11:00 a.m. ET to discuss the results. The Company’s fiscal first quarter 2027 revenues and Adjusted EBITDA will exceed the high end of its previously provided guidance ranges.
