On August 6, 2026,
Stran & Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will hold a conference call at 10:00 a.m.
Eastern Time on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 to discuss its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026, the Company’s
