On March 27, 2026, Alpha Cognition Inc. (the “Company”)
filed a Notice of Meeting and Record Date (the “Notice”) with Canadian Securities Regulatory Authorities providing
notice that the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) has set a meeting date of June 16, 2026 for the Company’s
2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). The Board also set April 24, 2026 as the record date for
shareholders entitled to notice of, and vote at, the Meeting.
The Notice is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report
on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference.
