Appointment of Principal Accounting Officer
On August 26, 2026, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Asana, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Aziz Megji as the Company's Principal Accounting Officer in addition to his current role as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer.
A description of Mr. Megji's compensation arrangements and information regarding Mr. Megji's background and business experience can be found in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the SEC on April 20, 2026 and are incorporated by reference herein.
There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Megji and any other persons pursuant to which he was appointed as Principal Accounting Officer of the Company. There are no family relationships between Mr. Megji and any director or executive officer of the Company and he has no direct or indirect material interest in any transaction required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K promulgated by the SEC.
