On October 6, 2026, Starfighters Space, Inc. (the "Company") filed a Notice of Meeting and Record Date for its Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on December 17, 2026 on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval with the British Columbia Securities Commission in Canada in accordance with the requirements of the Canadian Securities Administrators National Instrument 54-101 - Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer as the Company is a reporting issuer in British Columbia, Canada.
A copy of the Notice of Meeting and Record Date is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
