On July 9, 2026, Kayne Anderson BDC, Inc. (the

“Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June

30, 2026 on Monday, August 10, 2026 after the close of financial markets, and that it will host an earnings conference call on Tuesday,

August 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time to review its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kayne Anderson BDC, Inc. (NYSE:

KBDC) (“KBDC”), a business development company externally managed by its investment adviser, KA Credit Advisors, LLC, announced

today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026 on Monday, August 10, 2026, after the close
