GreenPower Announces Resignation of Sebastian Giordano; Transition to Advisory Role Ready to Announce with Confidence? Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 1, 2026) - GreenPower Motor Company Inc. (NASDAQ: GP) ("GreenPower" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer and distributor of all-electric, purpose-built, zero-emission medium and heavy-duty vehicles serving the cargo and delivery market, shuttle and transit space and school bus sector, today announced that Sebastian Giordano has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors, effective May 1, 2026. Mr. Giordano will continue to support the Company in a newly created advisory capacity, ensuring a smooth transition and providing strategic guidance on key initiatives.
